I had an amazing experience with Matrix Autobody working through an insurance claim on my Subaru. Daryl was great to work with, he kept me updated on everything going on with the claim process and clear instructions on what I needed to do. Daryl also was awesome in helping me understand the timeline, what was being worked on and why. I only had to call them one time, otherwise Matrix always reached out first to keep me in the loop. Would highly recommend!

Extremely pleased with the service and efficiency. I didn't have very extensive repairs, but the result is beautiful, and everything surrounding my insurance was ridiculously easy. Shop Manager Daryl is wonderful, and friendly, and I will definitely be going back the next time I need any work.

Was sent here by my insurance after an accident and they made the process extremely easy. Their timeline estimate at that start was pretty close to the actual time even with lots of parts needing replaced on a new car. At the end they caught a missing clip that wasn't replaced and over nighted the part in order to not drag out the repair. In addition I was always able to reach a person when I called for updates and was never left frustrated or wondering what my cars status was.

Do not trust this shop with anything other than brain dead body work, or expect to fight tooth and nail for them to do their job and honor their work. I am not sure if I have heard anything other than excuses come out of Daryl’s mouth from the schedule to poor workmanship. He’ll have an excuse for that. They will conspire with the insurance company to ensure that they are not responsible for the shoddy work that they, and their plethora of sub shops that all take a turn on your vehicle, perform. My life was put in danger as a result of work performed by this shop and their affiliates and I was left with a $1000 bill when everything was said and done. You’ve been warned.
